Enables suppliers to view and digitally sign/accept purchase orders. Facilitates collaboration on open purchase order lines. The tracking module highlights new PO lines that require supplier response and provides communication on each line item including: critical shortage, expedite/de-expedite messages, late indicators, comments, shipment information (including links to shipment tracking) and file attachments.

View Demand Forecasts

Allows suppliers to see the most current production demand requirements and enables suppliers to manage inventory and pipelines in support of product demands.

View Scorecard

Allows suppliers to view the summary and detail data concerning supplier’s quality and delivery performance. At the summary level, a supplier can see monthly quality and delivery scores, along with 6 and 12 month metrics. At the detail level, the support data for the supplier rating score (receipts, problem reports and SCARs) is displayed.

View Payment and Invoice Status

Permits suppliers to view payment remittance and outstanding payment information online via the EXPO Vendor Portal: Invoices and Receipts module. Invoice information is loaded daily providing real-time status.

EDP is a component and supplier search engine and BOM analysis/grading tool. EDP's primary mission is to provide critical information to the engineer as early in the design and product lifecycle phase as possible. Expo EDP combines an enriched set of data from L3Harris’ Data Content Provider, distribution partners, contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal part data. L3Harris ERP system data is also included to help you decipher cost, lead time, and inventory. EDP enables you to select the right item and the right supplier the first time.

Access the Engineering Parts List Manager

EXPO EPLM provides a parts list manager that will allow you to view a wealth of information about your BOM with the click of a few buttons. Expo EPLM easily identifies form-fit-function alternates for your BOM, therefore providing more choices for part selection. EPLM will list valuable information to determine if your parts are obsolete, or if they will be by the time your design goes into production and improves buying power by comparing cost and providing multiple alternative parts (AML). This powerful tool improves opportunities for competition, reduces risk associated with downstream issues and decreases dependency on single and sole-source providers.
